Camille Mirabel-Chambaud is a partner at Squadra Avocats, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, as well as the establishment of strategic commercial partnerships.

Camille advises both French and international groups, listed and unlisted, institutional investors, funds, SMEs and start-ups, in all sectors of activity.

Before joining Squadra in 2017, Camille worked in the Corporate/M&A departments of various French and international law firms.
