Clément has joined our Corporate / M&A team at Squadra Avocats as an Associate. Primarily, he advises both French and International clients in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Private Equity.

As a former in-house lawyer, Clément has also worked with other French firms in their Corporate M&A departments.
