About:

Emma Gausson joined Squadra Avocats’ Intellectual Property, Technology and Data team as an associate, where she advises and litigates with French and international companies on issues relating to intellectual property (copyright, trademarks, designs, patents), information technology and personal data.

Before joining our team, Emma gained significant experience through a number of internships with law firms in Paris and in-house placements.
