Partner at Squadra Avocats, Olivier Mourain mainly specialises in mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters.

Olivier works with small and mid-cap clients, both French and international, as well as investment funds – assisting them through all their capital transactions, be it mergers and acquisitions, private equity, or restructuring. Olivier has developed particular expertise in the fields of software, healthcare, blockchain, and renewable energy.

Prior to joining Squadra Avocats in 2024, Olivier was a partner at Fuchs, Cohana, Reboul and Associés (now, Reboul & Associés).
