Pierre is a member of the Paris Bar since 2019. He joined the Business litigation team in 2024.

Pierre advises and represents both French and foreign businesses in their complex commercial and financial disputes, post-acquisition litigation, shareholder disputes, insolvency litigation and director liability before state courts and arbitral tribunals.

Pierre complements his expertise with a proficiency in international private law as well as in enforcement and precautionary measures.

Pierre’s prior practice includes several experiences in dispute resolution teams of international law firms.
