With a dual background in intellectual property and management, Emilie Mounic is a qualified attorney registered with the Paris Bar since 2014. Within our Intellectual Property, IT and Media team, she supports French and foreign clients, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation, on issues of intellectual property (copyright, trademarks, patents, designs and models), IT, personal data and new technologies. She also has experience in art law and commercial law matters.
