He also has extensive experience in rent fixing and eviction proceedings. Finally, he regularly deals with cases relating to real estate investment, real estate development, business assets and/or lease rights, co-ownership, etc.
Before joining Squadra Avocats, Sébastien previously worked as a lawyer at Ernst & Young in Bordeaux and DS Avocats in Paris and Bordeaux. As a result, he has kept a strong professional presence in the Bordeaux region.
