On April 22, 2021, order n°2021-484 of April 21, 2021 was published in the Journal Officiel, creating articles L.7343-1 to L.7345-6 of the Labor Code relating to the terms and conditions for the representation of workers using a digital transport platform (driving and delivery).

This ordinance, taken in application of the so-called “LOM” law (Law n°2019-1428 of December 24, 2019 on the orientation of mobilities), comes in a jurisprudential context hesitating between the qualification of platform workers as self-employed or employees, the only existing legal categories to date.
