Squadra Avocats advises the FA KROSNO group in the takeover of DEFTA AIRAX 22/06/23

Our restructuring (Charles Morel and Emilie Rosier) and corporate (Camille Mirabel-Chambaud) teams advised the Polish group FA KROSNO (the European leader in gas spring production) in its takeover of DEFTA AIRAX, a subsidiary of the Defta Group (one of France’s leading automotive equipment manufacturers).

This sale will help to preserve strategic industrial activity for European automotive manufacturers and retain as many jobs as possible in the Besançon area.

FA KROSNO was also assisted by Ascagne (Aurélien Morel), and by RSR Conseil (Raphael de Saint Romain) on the strategic and financial aspects of the deal.
