Squadra Avocats has advised OVOL USA, world leader in paper supplies, in its acquisition of EFP CHAVASSIEU

Squadra Avocats has advised OVOL USA (GOULD PAPER CORPORATION), a world leader in the supply of paper and paper pulp, in its acquisition, via OVOL HOLDINGS FRANCE, of a majority stake in EFP-CHAVASSIEU, a leading paper distributor in France and Europe. This strategic transaction strengthens OVOL’s presence in the French and Western European markets.
MKH, the longstanding shareholder, will retain a minority stake.
The Squadra Avocats team involved Charles Morel and François Lan (partners) and Clément Salaün (associate) on the corporate matters, and Morgane Mondolfo (partner) on the employment law aspects.
