Alexandre Tessonneau
Technology, Data and Intellectual Property
Alexandre Tessonneau advises French and international companies on their digital transformation and innovation projects, in both advisory and litigation matters. He assists clients in drafting and negotiating IT and commercial contracts, on regulatory issues relating to the digital environment, and in intellectual property law. A significant share of his activity is dedicated to data law and data monetisation (personal data, e-privacy, open data, etc.), within compliance programmes or for the launch of innovative products and projects.
Alexandre previously worked within the legal department of a listed digital services company. He then practised at Paris business law firms recognised for their IT practice, while maintaining a strong link with in-house practice through several secondments at clients in the consulting, banking and secure identity sectors. This experience allows him to position the legal function as a true partner to our clients, attentive to their business needs and constraints.
