Technology, Data and Intellectual Property
Squadra's Technology, Data and Intellectual Property department operates across four pillars: complex IT contracts (digital transformation, outsourcing, software integration, SaaS, hosting), data, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence (GDPR, outsourced DPO, Data Act, AI Act, AI governance, cyber crisis management), technology litigation and intellectual property (IT project failures, counterfeiting, database extraction), and digital regulation (e-commerce, e-privacy, DSA, DMA).
Commercial Litigation
Squadra's Litigation department handles all complex commercial disputes: contractual and tortious liability, shareholder disputes, distribution litigation, post-acquisition disputes, emergency measures and judicial expertise. The team appears before commercial, civil and arbitration courts.
Tax Law
Squadra's Tax Law department, led by Eglantine Lioret, covers all corporate and personal tax matters. Philippe Royou, Of Counsel, provides complementary expertise in tax private equity, savings, shareholding and wealth advisory.
Employment Law
Squadra's Employment Law department assists companies with all their employment law issues: collective bargaining, restructurings, labor court litigation, international mobility, M&A employment due diligence and social compliance.

Squadra's Restructuring department handles all insolvency proceedings and financial restructurings: ad hoc mandates, conciliation, safeguard, judicial reorganization and liquidation. The team advises debtors, creditors, investors and acquirers.
White-Collar Crime
Squadra's White-Collar Crime department provides both preventive services (compliance audits, internal investigations, anti-corruption programs) and litigation support (representation before criminal courts, negotiations with the PNF, CJIP). The team handles corruption, fraud, misuse of corporate assets, money laundering and financial crimes.
Real Estate
Squadra's Real Estate department handles all real estate transactions: acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, property development, real estate financing and litigation. The team advises investors, developers, REITs and occupiers.
Economic Law
