Anne-Hélène Le Trocquer

Anne-Hélène Le Trocquer is one of the three partners leading Squadra Avocats' Corporate/M&A and PE/VC practice.

Her practice mainly covers mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, fundraisings (private equity, venture/growth capital) and reorganisation and restructuring transactions.

She also handles all matters relating to French corporate law.

In addition, Anne-Hélène has developed sector expertise in wines and spirits, luxury goods, disruptive technologies, infrastructure and the energy transition (including mobility).

Before joining Squadra, she worked at Clifford Chance's Paris, London and New York offices, where she began her career in 2003, then at Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker, then as a partner at de Gaulle Fleurance & Associés from 2015, and at Aramis.
