A partner of Squadra, Camille Mirabel-Chambaud primarily handles mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as the structuring of strategic commercial partnerships.

Camille advises French and international groups, listed or unlisted, institutional players, funds, SMEs and start-ups across all sectors.

Before joining Squadra Avocats in 2017, Camille gained varied experience within the Corporate/M&A departments of French and Anglo-Saxon law firms.
