Edouard Schoenke advises French and international clients on real estate matters, in both advisory and litigation work.

He focuses on the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases across all asset types (retail, offices, shopping centres, etc.), for landlords and occupiers alike.

He also handles matters relating to real estate investment, property development, business goodwill and lease rights.

He assists clients in real estate disputes, particularly in commercial-lease matters (renewal rent, eviction indemnity, lease termination).

Before joining Squadra Avocats, Edouard practised at DS Avocats, CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats and Franklin.
