Emilie Rosier

As an associate within Squadra Avocats' Restructuring / Distressed M&A team, Emilie Rosier assists French and foreign clients (debtors, shareholders, executives, creditors and investors) in amicable and judicial proceedings. She also assists prospective buyers in asset acquisitions through sale plans.

Before joining Squadra Avocats, Emilie worked in the Restructuring departments of several Paris law firms and at a judicial administrator's office.
