François Lan

François Lan is Managing Partner of Squadra Avocats, where he advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate law and restructuring. Alongside his transactional work, François regularly assists his clients in negotiating and drafting a wide range of contracts and provides other corporate, commercial and insolvency advice.

Before joining Squadra Avocats, François practised for about ten years at several American business law firms in Paris. Before becoming a lawyer, he completed a two-year VIE assignment in the United States at a NYSE Euronext-listed company.
