Jean-Baptiste Belin advises French and foreign clients on the transactional and litigation aspects of strategic projects relating to information technology.
His main areas of practice are IT contracts (digital transformation, outsourcing, partnerships), digital law (e-commerce, cryptology, etc.), intellectual property (trademarks, copyright, patents, designs and models), personal data, as well as communication and media law. A significant share of his activity is dedicated to litigation (failed IT projects, counterfeiting, reputational harm, database extraction, judicial expertise, evidence gathering, unfair competition, etc.) before civil and commercial courts.
Jean-Baptiste previously worked within the legal department of the Atos group, where he was in charge of complex technology contracts with CAC40/SBF120 companies (software integration, outsourcing, application maintenance, software licensing, strategic partnerships, hosting, managed services, etc.). Drawing on his in-house experience, he offers an enterprising, loyal and pragmatic client relationship.
