Marine joined Squadra Avocats' Corporate / M&A team as an associate, where she primarily advises French and foreign clients on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. Rigorous, committed and attentive, she supports entrepreneurs at every stage of their company's life and assists them with new projects by providing tailored advice and pragmatic solutions.

Previously, Marine worked for about ten years at a business law firm advising primarily small and medium-sized enterprises.
