Romane Spannaccini

As an associate, Romane Spannaccini practises in both advisory and litigation matters on lease contracts and, more specifically, on commercial leases for landlords and occupiers. She also handles real estate matters more broadly.

With other members of the firm's Real Estate team, she regularly delivers training sessions to clients or as part of the partnership with the Lefebvre Dalloz training body.

Before joining Squadra Avocats, Romane completed several internships in real estate law, notably at law firms, at Disneyland Paris and at the Seine-et-Marne Department. She also practised for nearly two years at DS Avocats as a trainee, then in-house counsel, then associate.
