Sébastien Legrix de la Salle

Sébastien Legrix de la Salle advises French and international clients in both advisory and litigation matters. He has developed recognised expertise in lease contracts and more specifically in commercial leases across all asset types (retail, offices, logistics, warehouses, etc.), for both landlords and tenants. He also has extensive experience in rent review and eviction proceedings. He regularly handles matters relating to real estate investment, property development, business goodwill and/or lease rights, and co-ownership.

Before joining Squadra Avocats, Sébastien practised at Ernst & Young in Bordeaux, then at DS Avocats in Paris and Bordeaux. He has maintained a strong professional footprint in the Bordeaux region.
