Tony Khindria

Tony Khindria has the rare distinction of having practised law in three countries: India, England and France. Of Indian origin, he spent his early years in Northern Ireland and most of his career between Paris, London and New Delhi. He is fluent in French, English and Punjabi. He is a member of the Delhi High Court and the Incorporated Law Society of Mumbai, a member of the Law Society of England and Wales, and a member of the Paris Bar.

For more than 25 years, Tony has assisted multinationals in their India-related business across a wide range of sectors. He has an in-depth understanding of market practice in both Western markets and India, as well as the cultures of the countries involved. He also frequently handles cross-border matters between England and France, in both advisory and litigation work.

He previously worked in the international department of Alcatel's legal team in Paris, where he was in charge of the group's India-related matters.
