Victor Surrogato

Victor joined Squadra Avocats' Corporate / M&A team as an associate, where he practises corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. He advises French and international clients on high-end transactions and on the full range of corporate-life issues.

Before joining Squadra Avocats, Victor developed his skills within law firms and the legal department of an investment fund management company, gaining solid experience in corporate law and equity transactions.
