Victoria Knafo

Victoria joined Squadra Avocats' Restructuring / Distressed M&A team as an associate, where she assists French and foreign clients (debtors, shareholders, executives, creditors and investors) in amicable and judicial proceedings. She also assists prospective buyers in asset acquisitions through sale plans.

Before joining the firm, Victoria trained in the Restructuring department of another Paris firm.
