Yoan Havard

A partner of Squadra, Yoan advises and defends French and foreign companies and their executives facing criminal matters arising in the course of business.

With more than ten years of experience, Yoan has defended his clients in high-stakes criminal proceedings and brings a solid track record in crisis management within criminal procedure.

He also assists and advises public and private companies on criminal risk prevention, the structuring of delegations of authority, and routinely conducts internal investigations to identify and mitigate criminal exposure.

Before joining Squadra Avocats, Yoan practised for eight years at TEMIME, after starting his career at Franklin. He is a graduate of Aix-Marseille University, University College London (UCL) and Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London.
