Eglantine Lioret

Eglantine Lioret is a partner and heads Squadra’s Tax Law department, which she joined in March 2026. Specialising in tax law, she focuses on transaction tax and advises executives on the outsourced management of their tax function. She advises French and international clients on domestic and cross-border matters, notably the structuring of acquisitions and the reorganisation of assets. With recognised expertise in the tax structuring of investment vehicles in Europe, she has developed sharp sector expertise in real estate. She also assists companies during tax audits and teaches tax law at the Paris Bar School. Before Squadra, she practised at Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés, Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co, Herbert Smith Freehills, Pinsent Masons (head of the Paris tax department) and Desfilis.
