Pierre Bethemont

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019, Pierre joined the Commercial Litigation team in 2024.

Pierre mainly handles pre-litigation and commercial and financial litigation, post-acquisition disputes and liability-warranty enforcement, shareholder disputes, insolvency-related litigation and director's liability.

Pierre also has expertise in private international law as well as enforcement and conservatory measures.

Before joining the firm, Pierre worked in the litigation departments of international law firms.
