Squadra's Commercial Litigation department handles complex, high-stakes matters, including several landmark cases with significant media exposure. The team represents French and foreign clients - commercial and listed companies, executives and shareholders - before commercial, civil and arbitration courts.

The department handles complex commercial, corporate and financial disputes, whether involving contractual and tortious liability, evidentiary measures or high-value corporate litigation. In this context, the team draws on its recognised expertise in alternative dispute resolution, which Benoît Javaux practises and teaches - he is also co-author of the Guide des modes amiables de résolution des différends (LexisNexis, 3rd ed. 2026-2027).

Squadra's Commercial Litigation department has also developed a leading practice in collective actions, class actions and follow-on actions - acting both in defence of economic operators facing such claims and alongside victims seeking to pool their defence, from the pre-litigation phase through to the conduct of the dispute.

The department is recognised by Chambers, Legal 500, Lexology and Décideurs.
