Sahra Hagani

Sahra Hagani is a partner at Squadra Avocats, where she heads the Economic Law department.

She handles all legal matters relating to distribution law, restrictive competition practices, contract law and consumer law.

She assists French and international companies in deploying their commercial activities, structuring their contractual policies and shaping their market strategies, both in advisory and litigation work.

In particular, Sahra advises clients on the drafting and negotiation of contracts (distribution, industrial, sub-contracting, etc.), the structuring and protection of physical and digital distribution networks, the audit and optimisation of pricing and commercial policies, and the structuring and securing of business-to-consumer relationships.

She works in particular in the industry, mass retail, e-commerce, publishing and press, and tourism sectors.

Before joining Squadra Avocats, Sahra practised at Fidal and Grant Thornton Société d'Avocats.
