In a constantly evolving economic and regulatory environment, our Economic Law team helps you secure the legal framework of your commercial relationships, placing the law at the heart of your strategic decisions. Acting as a business partner, we provide recognised technical expertise and a pragmatic approach designed to inform decision-making, support value creation and anticipate the risks inherent in the operation and development of your business.

Our team advises you on all matters relating to competition law, distribution law, contract law and consumer law. We assist you in defining and implementing your distribution schemes, optimising and securing supplier–distributor relationships, securing commercial relationships with consumers, drafting and negotiating contracts, and setting up and restructuring your contractual policies.

The team also has recognised expertise in analysing, preventing and managing competition risks, both in relation to anti-competitive practices and restrictive competition practices, and in the audits and litigation relating to compliance with payment terms. It represents its clients’ interests before administrative authorities, competition authorities and national commercial courts.

The department has developed sector expertise in industry, mass retail, e-commerce, publishing and press, and tourism.
