Return of the professional phone line after termination

Challenging a works-council (CSE) expert appraisal: computing the 10-day deadline
The 10-day period available to the employer to challenge an expert appraisal decided by the CSE follows the ordinary rules of computation (Art. 641 and 642 of the Code of Civil Procedure): it runs from the day after the committee’s decision and, where it expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day. Limitation period for reclassification of a contractual relationship
Time runs, for an action to reclassify a contractual relationship, from the date on which the contract holder is aware of all the facts enabling them to act. (Cass. soc., 12 Feb. 2025, No. 23-17.248)
Daily benefits (IJSS): reduced reference salary
The cap on the reference salary used to calculate daily social-security benefits is lowered to 1.4 times the monthly minimum wage (down from 1.8), for sick leave starting on or after 1 April 2025. (Decree No. 2025-160 of 20 Feb. 2025)
