Squadra's Employment Law department advises French and international companies on employment law and social security issues, in both advisory and litigation work.
The practice covers restructurings (business transfers, redundancy plans, voluntary departure schemes, internal mobility), collective relations (collective bargaining, social dialogue, management of employee representative bodies) and individual relations (employment contracts, international mobility, negotiated departures, settlement agreements, labour court litigation).
The department has developed recognised expertise in social security litigation, notably on asbestos matters, occupational accident/illness risk management, inexcusable employer fault and employer liability.
It also handles cross-cutting HR issues: psychosocial risk prevention, internal investigations (harassment, discrimination), employee savings, employee shareholding and free-share plans, in close synergy with the firm's Corporate, M&A and Tax departments, notably on management package, M&A employment due diligence and incentive plans.
The department is regularly ranked by Décideurs across all its sub-specialties. Several team members also practise mediation and collaborative law.
