Squadra Avocats advised DALLOZ CREATIONS, a global leader in the optical solar glass market, on the adoption of its reorganisation plan by the Lons-le-Saunier Commercial Court on 25 July 2025.
DALLOZ CREATIONS is an innovative reference in the optical solar glass sector, specialising in sport, luxury and fashion. The first glassmaker in Europe to offer bio-circular polycarbonate sourced 60% from plant waste and ISCC PLUS certified, it is the preferred manufacturer for major French and international clients such as DECATHLON, EKOI, SCOTT, JULBO, TAG HEUER and GATORZ.
The reorganisation plan enables the restructuring of liabilities and confirms the operational and workforce restructuring carried out during the observation period.
The adoption of the plan allows continued operations at the historic Saint-Claude site (Jura) and strengthens the company's competitiveness.
