Squadra Avocats represents the Antoine Alléno association in the launch of the very first French class action, brought under the Act of 30 April 2025.
The action seeks to put an end to the misleading commercial practices of the leading distributor of nitrous oxide in Europe, which encourage young people to consume large quantities of “laughing gas” to the detriment of their health and that of others.
A press conference was held at the Pavillon Ledoyen, attended by partner Benoît Javaux and chef Yannick Alléno, president of the association. The matter is handled by Benoît Javaux, Eve Arcelin-Boyer and Pierre Bethemont.
