Emilie Rosier joined Squadra Avocats’ Restructuring / Distressed M&A team as an associate. She works for both French and international clients, including debtors, shareholders, managers, creditors and investors in out-of-court and insolvency proceedings. Emilie also advises potential buyers on asset takeovers under sale plans.

Before joining Squadra Avocats, Emilie worked in the Restructuring department of various law firms in Paris and in a receivers’ office.
